It has a long history of trading, having started on 1st October, 1981 by its founder, owner and managing director, Mr. Vijay Prasad. The company was established with a mere $1000 capital in a 10 square feet retail shop outlet at Samabula. Due to its vast expansion, Vijay Auto Spares Ltd was formed as a limited liability company on 22nd February, 1988.
