By accessing any of our websites or mobile applications (each, a “Property”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Your Licence to Use Our Properties
Our Properties are owned, provided, and published by Yellow Pages Fiji® (“we”, “us”, or “our”). All content within each Property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. As between you and us, we own and retain all intellectual property rights in such content. We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-transferable licence to use each Property in accordance with the terms below:
- you may manually access each Property, and (where applicable) make a copy of the results of any searches made via the Property, and use those results, provided that no such access, copying or use is for any competitive purpose, or used to compile any database;
- all material you copy, download or print must retain any trade marks and copyright notices as they appear on or in the Property;
- apart from using any Property under this licence or any fair dealing under the Copyright Act 1999, no material from any Property may be searched, printed, downloaded, copied, republished or distributed in any way without our prior written permission;
- you will not attempt to reverse-engineer, access the source code of, or otherwise attempt to access, use or edit any Property outside its normal intended use. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of URIs is strictly prohibited;
- you will not submit queries to any Property for the purpose of obtaining information about that Property, its ontology, structure or contents; and
- you will not use any Property or any of its content in any manner which is, or is likely to be, in breach of any law, or damaging or disruptive to that Property or any other website or mobile application.
We may revoke your licence to use any Property and suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason at all.
We reserve the right to prohibit links to our Properties. You agree to remove any link upon our request. Framing any part of a Property, including displaying advertising or revenue-generating content within a frame, is strictly prohibited.
Automated Searching by Public Search Engines Only
Automated searches of our Properties may only be performed by public search engines for the purpose of indexing, and must comply with our robots exclusion standard (robots.txt) and any protocols we may implement from time to time. We may prohibit access by any search engine at our discretion.
Information Provided by Us

Information Provided by Advertisers
Our Properties may allow businesses to advertise products and services. Advertisements may be maintained by advertisers or third parties and may include links to their own websites.
Although advertisers are encouraged to ensure that their content is accurate, we do not verify advertisements and make no representation regarding the accuracy, reliability, or truthfulness of any advertisement or linked website.
Please exercise caution and judgment when using any Property or linked website. Some material may be inappropriate or offensive. Parents may wish to use available software to limit children’s access to such material.
Your Dealings with Advertisers
We are not an agent of any advertiser. We do not endorse any advertisers or their products or services, nor do we control their quality, legality, safety, suitability, availability, or pricing. We are not involved in any transactions between you and advertisers. You are responsible for communicating directly with advertisers to complete transactions or resolve any issues.
User Content
Our Properties may allow users to submit content, including ratings and reviews. By submitting content, you warrant that:
- You own all rights, title, and interest in the submitted content.
- Your content does not include anything defamatory, offensive, misleading, unlawful, or infringing on any third party rights.
- Your content complies with our guidelines.
- Your content does not contain viruses or any malicious code.
You grant us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, and irrevocable licence to use, copy, modify, and publish your content in any format or medium, now known or developed in the future. You also waive all moral rights associated with such content.
You acknowledge that we may disclose your personal information to any third party who alleges that your submitted content breaches their rights or any law.
While we may review, edit, or remove user content for any reason, we are under no obligation to do so and make no representation that user content complies with these terms. You may report inappropriate content by calling +679 3311000.
Accounts
Certain services may require you to log in using an account with us or a compatible third-party service (e.g., Google or Facebook). You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. We may reject or terminate any account at any time without notice.

You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the relevant Property. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of any Property constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Assignment
We may assign or transfer this agreement, or any rights or obligations under it, to any related company or third party, in whole or in part.
Fiji Law Applies
Our Properties are operated from Fiji, and all services are provided under Fiji law. Any legal claim against us must be brought exclusively in a Fiji court, regardless of your location.
