The EU-GIZ ACSE programme helps the people of fifteen Pacific African, Caribbean and Pacific countries or Pacific ACPs (PACPs) to address two common challenges: adapting to climate change and reducing their dependence on fossil fuels.

Providing advisory services to 14 Pacific island states, and to Timor-Leste and various regional organisations, in the following priority areas: * Climate change in the Pacific Island Region * Adapting to climate change and sustainable energy * Forest conservation * Marine and coastal biodiversity management * Transition to low-carbon sea transport
