Industrial and Marine Engineering Limited (IMEL) operates one of the largest and best-equipped engineering workshops in the South Pacific. It owns the only floating dry dock in Fiji and is concentrated in ship repairs, with an increasing number of local, regional and overseas shipowners and fishing vessel operators utilising IMEL’s skills and capabilities.
Conveniently situated alongside the sovereign owned slipway in Walu Bay, Suva, and within easy access of the main overseas wharfs, its experienced and skilled workforce offers a full range of repair services to the region’s shipping industry. IMEL’s mobile services also travel to service the entire Pacific region.
IMEL is able to provide product support and service for all major types of marine engines and power generation equipment.
