Flame Tree Developments (Fiji) Limited was established in 2002 as a building company on Denarau Island. In 2005, Glenn joined the company and was instrumental in bringing on board Hiways Stabilisers from NZ, which resulted in a total restructure and a shift in focus to Civil Engineering contracting in the South Pacific with the vision to provide engineering excellence and first class service delivery.
